Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nail Hub LLC, doing business as TNH Business Solutions ("TNH," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit tnhsolutions.biz, use TNH Pro, or request an insurance or payment-processing referral. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under state privacy laws; Sections 5 and 9 explain your choices.
1.Two kinds of data
Your data. TNH determines how information about its visitors, leads, account holders, and subscribers is used for its own business purposes. This policy describes those practices.
Your clients' data. A business using TNH Pro determines how information about its own clients, staff, and leads is used. TNH processes that information on the business's behalf under the Data Processing Addendum. This information may include names, phone numbers, appointment history, and notes. If you are a client of a TNH Pro business, contact that business about its practices or to exercise privacy rights. We will assist that business as required and will route requests we receive to it where appropriate. We do not use Client Data for our own marketing or targeted advertising.
2.What we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email, phone, business name, mailing address | You, through forms and signup |
| Business details | License type, services, prices, team members, hours, logo, photos | You, through onboarding |
| Account data | Login information, settings, subscription status | You and our systems |
| Billing data | Billing contact, last four card digits, transaction history | You and our billing provider |
| Referral data | Whether you started or completed an insurance or processing application | You and the referral partner |
| Communications | Emails, texts, chat messages, support notes, survey responses | You and our support interactions |
| Usage data | Pages visited, clicks, device, browser, IP address, approximate location | Website logs and permitted tracking tools |
| Marketing data | Ad clicks, email engagement, campaign source, consent preferences | You and advertising or email platforms |
Full payment card details are handled by the designated payment provider rather than stored in TNH's general account records. We do not ask you to send Social Security numbers or bank account numbers to TNH. If an insurance or processing application requires them, submit them directly through the relevant provider's secure forms. Do not put sensitive financial or medical information in general support messages or client notes.
3.How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and administer accounts, build websites, and provide TNH Pro.
- Process subscription payments and send receipts and billing notices.
- Connect you with Elite Beauty Society or Sleft Payments when you request a referral.
- Answer questions, provide support, and send service communications.
- Send marketing emails and texts when you have agreed to receive them.
- Measure and improve our website, products, and advertising, subject to your choices.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4.How we disclose information
Service providers. We use providers for hosting, software, messaging, billing, analytics, and support. They receive information needed for their services, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions. A provider acting independently, such as an insurer or separately contracted payment provider, handles information under its own applicable notice.
Referral partners. When you request a referral or authorize us to send an inquiry, we may provide the contact and business details needed for that request to Elite Beauty Society or Sleft Payments. A partner may report enrollment or referral status to us. Clicking a link alone does not transfer your SMS marketing consent. Information you submit directly on a partner's site is governed by that partner's privacy notice.
The Nail Hub. We may share contact and account details with The Nail Hub for coordinated support and, where permitted and consistent with your choices, relevant offers. This does not include Client Data or mobile numbers and SMS consent for The Nail Hub's own marketing. To decline other affiliate marketing sharing, email hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz. This choice does not prevent information exchange needed to handle your support request.
Advertising partners. Subject to your choices and applicable law, advertising and measurement providers may receive website identifiers and activity through cookies, pixels, or similar tools to measure campaigns or show ads. See Section 5. We do not provide Client Data from a customer's TNH Pro account for TNH's own advertising.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information to comply with legal process, investigate fraud, or protect rights and safety, as permitted by law.
Business transfers. Information may be disclosed in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy protections. A business transfer does not itself authorize a new party to use SMS consent for its own marketing.
Mobile information and SMS consent. Notwithstanding other sharing descriptions in this policy, we do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information to deliver and support TNH's messages, subject to restrictions on independent use. We may also use or disclose it as needed for a specific service you request or as required by law, but such disclosure does not convey permission for another party's marketing texts.
5.Cookies, tracking, and advertising choices
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website. TNH Pro customer websites may also use technologies configured by the customer; that business is responsible for its own notice and choices, with TNH acting as its processor where applicable.
| Type | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, security, essential forms, and remembering privacy choices | Required for the requested function |
| Functional | Optional preferences, convenience features, or remembered interactions | Can be declined where optional |
| Analytics | Measuring visits, engagement, and site performance | Optional analytics can be declined |
| Advertising | Campaign measurement and interest-based advertising | Can be declined or opted out of |
Your choices. Use the cookie banner or the persistent Cookie Settings control to accept or reject optional tracking and change your choice later. Optional cookies and pixels subject to that control remain disabled until you consent. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent basic access. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although some functions may be affected. The cookie preference interface identifies the optional providers and purposes currently enabled on the site.
Global Privacy Control. We recognize supported Global Privacy Control signals as requests to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable law requires. We apply the signal to the browser or device and, where required and reasonably identifiable, the associated account. Email hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz for help with other advertising disclosures or privacy choices. Opting out does not necessarily remove all advertisements; it limits the covered use of your information.
Third-party technologies. Independent advertising providers handle information under their own notices. Additional industry choices may be available at optout.aboutads.info. Those tools supplement, rather than replace, the choices TNH provides. Actual disclosures and provider configurations determine whether an activity is a sale or sharing under law, even if no money changes hands.
6.How long we keep information
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, considering account activity, the type of information, security needs, and legal obligations. Lead and marketing information is retained while relevant to the relationship and your preferences; limited suppression records may be kept to honor opt-outs.
For account content, account closure starts a 30-calendar-day export period. We complete deletion from active systems no later than 90 calendar days after closure; this deadline includes the export period. Limited billing, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and consent records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Any de-identified information retained must be maintained so it cannot reasonably be linked back to you, as required by law.
Backup copies may remain until overwritten through the documented backup cycle. They are restricted from ordinary use; if restored, applicable deletion requests will be reapplied. Client Data is handled under the more specific instructions and retention terms in the DPA. A valid privacy request may require earlier action.
7.Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including encryption in transit, access restrictions, and provider controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice. For Client Data, we also follow the incident-notification commitments in the DPA.
8.Your everyday choices
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link. Essential account communications may continue.
- Text messages: reply STOP or use another supported opt-out method. Reply HELP for help or contact support.
- Account details: update available fields in your dashboard or contact support.
- Cookies and advertising: use Cookie Settings, supported privacy signals, or contact our privacy inbox.
- Affiliate marketing sharing: email hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz.
9.Privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location, the applicable law, and our role in processing the information, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information; correct or delete it; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a refusal. We do not use the account information described in this policy to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling.
Submit a request to hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz with the subject "Privacy Request." Identify the request and your relationship with TNH, but do not send passwords, full payment details, or identity documents unless requested through a secure method. We will verify access, correction, and deletion requests proportionately where required. We will not require identity verification for an opt-out where prohibited by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with the evidence of authority required by applicable law.
We respond within the applicable statutory deadline, generally 45 days for access, correction, and deletion requests, with any permitted extension explained to you. Opt-outs and other requests with shorter deadlines are handled within those deadlines. We will explain a denial and any applicable appeal process. To appeal, email hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and identify the original request. We will respond within the applicable deadline and explain any further complaint route required by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
California notice. The categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 2 through 4, and retention is described in Section 6. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures of online identifiers and website activity may constitute sale or sharing under California law. You may opt out through the provided privacy controls, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or our privacy inbox. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising. Any required Notice at Collection is provided at or before collection.
10.Children and client records
TNH accounts and TNH's own marketing are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 for our own services or marketing. If you believe a child has provided information directly to TNH, contact hello@m.tnhsolutions.biz so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
A salon or other business may lawfully maintain records about clients who are minors. When TNH processes those records solely for that business, the business is responsible for required notices, lawful authority, and any parental consent. We do not use those records for TNH's own marketing. Parents and guardians should first contact the business about those records; TNH will assist the business as required by the DPA and applicable law.
11.Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or on the site before they take effect, and obtain consent where required by law. The effective date identifies the applicable version.
