Partner Disclosures
Effective date: October 1, 2026
TNH Business Solutions refers beauty professionals to Elite Beauty Society for insurance and Sleft Payments for merchant processing. TNH does not provide either service itself. We may receive compensation from these relationships, which creates a financial interest in the referrals. You may obtain services from other providers.
Insurance through Elite Beauty Society
TNH's role. TNH is a marketing and referral partner. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or carrier. We do not sell, solicit, quote, negotiate, bind, or service insurance, and we do not recommend particular coverage for your circumstances. We provide general program information and direct you to the licensed provider for applications and advice.
Who provides coverage. Elite Beauty Society is a Gallagher program. Insurance is placed through the licensed insurance entities identified in its application and program documents, and coverage is underwritten by the insurer identified in the policy. TNH is not a party to the insurance contract. Review all policy, membership, and purchasing-group documents applicable to your enrollment.
Decisions and claims. The relevant licensed provider, insurer, or authorized administrator determines eligibility, pricing, coverage, renewals, cancellations, and claims under the applicable documents. TNH cannot approve an application or promise payment of a claim. Direct coverage questions to Elite Beauty Society and report claims through the procedure specified in your policy materials.
Pricing and availability. Any price, discount, or coverage example shown by TNH is subject to eligibility, current partner terms, and confirmation in the application. The price and terms accepted in that application control. Eligibility and availability can vary by state, profession, license status, and services performed. Do not assume a service is covered until the provider confirms it in the relevant policy documents.
Compensation. TNH may receive compensation under its marketing or referral arrangement with Elite Beauty Society. Compensation arrangements must comply with applicable law. TNH does not charge you a separate insurance-referral fee. The provider's application identifies the premium and any other charges you agree to pay.
Coverage summaries. Website descriptions are summaries only. The policy and applicable endorsements control coverage, limits, exclusions, conditions, and claims. Examples are illustrative and do not guarantee that a particular claim will be covered.
Questions about insurance should go to Elite Beauty Society or the contact identified in your policy. Questions about TNH should go to success@tnhsolutions.biz.
Merchant processing through Sleft Payments
Provider relationship. Processing is offered through Sleft Payments and the acquiring bank, processor, or other entities identified in your merchant agreement. You contract with those entities for processing. TNH is not a bank, processor, or payment facilitator and does not hold or settle merchant funds.
Approval and account terms. Processing requires an application and underwriting. Approval and timing are not guaranteed. Rates, deposits, funding schedules, reserves, holds, disputes, chargebacks, and termination are governed by the merchant agreement and the decisions of the responsible provider.
Dual pricing and cash discounts. A properly configured program displays the applicable card price before purchase and may also display a lower cash price. A cash-paying client receives the advertised cash discount; a card-paying client pays the advertised card price. Do not display only a cash price and then add a card fee at checkout while describing the added fee as a cash discount.
Surcharges are different. A surcharge is an additional charge for using a payment method and is subject to separate network and legal restrictions. For example, Visa prohibits surcharges on its debit and prepaid cards, even when a debit transaction is processed using a credit option. This restriction is different from a properly implemented cash-discount program. Do not assume that calling a program "dual pricing" makes its implementation compliant.
Your responsibilities. Before using a program, obtain Sleft's instructions for your location, card types, displayed prices, signage, receipts, and checkout configuration. Follow applicable law, card-network rules, and your merchant agreement. Display total prices clearly, keep them current, and do not independently add charges outside the approved configuration. TNH may assist with general setup but does not provide pricing-compliance legal advice.
Fees and savings. A program may help offset processing costs, but TNH does not guarantee zero fees, a particular net deposit, or a specific savings amount. Review the merchant agreement and quote for processing, monthly, equipment, software, PCI-related, dispute, refund, early-termination, and other applicable charges. Hardware, tap-to-pay availability, and contract length depend on the selected program and supported device. A marketing summary does not override the merchant agreement.
Compensation. TNH may receive referral compensation or a share of processing revenue. TNH does not charge a separate referral fee unless expressly disclosed and accepted. Your provider agreement and quote state the rates and charges that apply to your account.
Support. General TNH setup questions go to success@tnhsolutions.biz. Funding, disputes, reserves, and merchant-account questions go to Sleft Payments or the provider identified in your merchant agreement.
Personal information shared for referrals is described in our Privacy Policy.
